Having released the new editions to their Harmony Collection (the Green Meadow and Amber Meadow by the McCartey sisters), Macallan fans can now enjoy a Meadow themed exclusive experience at the Rosewood hotel in London. The distillery has commissioned this special experience to celebrate their Speyside roots, with a unique whisky experience for fans. 

A one of a kind art installation has been created in the Rosewood’s courtyard, bringing the picturesque landscape of Speyside to central London. The installation includes an ‘expansive meadow, complete with authentic foliage, a babbling brook, plus a stone archway and dry-stone walls. Native grass, trees, plants and flowers will form an idyllic escape, with the whole space lit by a sun-like orb above, creating an amber glow and luring guests into the tranquil space.’ 

Guests will also have the chance to try some of the Macallan whiskies, including The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow. They can also order a cocktail featuring The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old or 15 Years Old and as well as this, the Rosewood also have a ‘Wildwood’ cocktail, featuring The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old with clarified apple and freeze-dried blackberries. 

The experience will be available until 29th October, with The Terrace at The Rosewood open daily.
