1792 Small Batch Bourbon

1792 Small Batch is produced at the historic Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, one of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in the state. Its house style is built on a high-rye mash bill (roughly 75% corn, 15% rye, 10% barley), giving a spicier, more robust bourbon than many traditional Kentucky straight bourbons.

This small-batch bottling carries no age statement (commonly reported as a vatting of barrels aged around 4-6 years) and is bottled at 46.85% ABV (93.7 proof), matured in new charred American oak.

Vanilla, caramel and rich oak lead the nose, balanced by zesty rye spice and dried fruit. The palate opens with toffee and honeyed corn, building through baking spices - cinnamon, nutmeg, clove - with dark chocolate and orange peel.
