Refund policy

Right to Cancel

  • Consumers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt.
  • Notify us via email info@whiskybrokersassociates.co.uk.

Refunds

  • Processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
  • Refunds are to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Goods must be in original, unopened condition (except defective items).
  • Return shipping is at customer expense unless item is faulty.

Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us immediately with photos of the bottle and packaging so that we can provide to the courier. If we do not have this then we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
  • We may offer a replacement or full refund.

Exclusions

  • Customised, personalised, opened bottles, or perishable items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Gifts

  • Returned gifts will receive a gift voucher.
