Arquitecto Tequila Blanco

Arquitecto is produced at the Tequileña distillery (NOM 1146) in Jalisco, Mexico, under master distiller Enrique Fonseca — a trained architect whose family has grown agave in the highlands of Jalisco for generations. The brand is built around additive-free, terroir-focused tequila.

Arquitecto Blanco is distilled from 100% mature Blue Weber agave, cooked slowly in a low-pressure autoclave to preserve natural sugars, then fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks and distilled using a combination of copper pot, stainless steel and column stills. Unaged and certified additive-free, bottled at 40% ABV.

Expect cooked agave, black pepper and vanilla on the nose, a smooth palate of ripe agave and citrus with a hint of vanilla, and a long, warming, slightly oily finish with lingering pepper and earthiness.
