This mid-aged expression builds on Bowmore's signature coastal character using a sherry-oak maturing regime: ex-bourbon followed by Oloroso sherry cask finishing, bottled at 43% ABV. Expect dense layers of raisin, mixed spice, chocolate and burnt sugar, with a graceful peat smoke weaving through the rich oak sweetness. Complex, rich and characterful with excellent structure.
