Camikara 3 Year Old Pure Cane Juice Rum

Camikara is produced by Radico Khaitan, one of India's largest spirits companies, at its distillery in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh — part of a new wave of Indian rum built around pure sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

3 Year Old is distilled entirely from fresh sugar cane juice and matured for three years in American oak casks, non-chill filtered and free from artificial flavouring or colouring. Bottled at 42.8% ABV.

Expect tropical fruit, vanilla, caramel and grassy freshness on the nose, a smooth palate of ripe banana, toasted coconut and toffee, and a clean finish with soft oak and light pepper.
