Capybara is a British spirits brand that pairs rum from Guyana with cold brew coffee sourced from Colombia, named after the capybara - a creature native to both the rum's and the coffee's home regions.

This Coffee Rum blends Guyanese rum with rich, aromatic Colombian cold brew coffee, resulting in a distinctive, flavour-forward spirit built for sipping or mixing.

Tasting notes: deep roasted coffee notes lead, layered with smooth vanilla and subtle cocoa undertones over a warming rum base.
