Glendronach 21 Year Old Parliament

The GlenDronach distillery near Huntly in the Highlands is renowned for deeply sherried single malts, matured predominantly in Spanish Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for a rich, full-bodied house style.

Named after the "parliament" of rooks that nest in the distillery's trees, the 21 Year Old Parliament is matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for over two decades and bottled at 48% ABV.

Deep amber in colour, with ripe autumnal fruit, blackberries and red plums on the nose alongside rich Oloroso sherry, candied orange and toasted oak. The palate delivers Oloroso sherry and bitter chocolate infused with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg, finishing long, dry and warming with lingering spice and fruitcake.
