Hibiki Harmony

Hibiki is Suntory's flagship blended whisky, first launched in 1989 to mark the company's 90th anniversary and to showcase the art of Japanese blending. Each expression draws on malt and grain whiskies from across Suntory's distilleries — Yamazaki and Hakushu for malt, and Chita for grain — married together to create layered, harmonious blends.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony brings together more than a dozen malt and grain whiskies, with Chita grain whisky forming the smooth base and malts matured in American oak, sherry and Mizunara casks adding depth. It carries a luminous amber hue and a refined, balanced profile: floral notes, honeyed sweetness, orange peel and light oak, finishing with a gentle touch of Mizunara spice.
