Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt

Nc’Nean is a small, organic distillery on the remote Morvern peninsula at Drimnin on Scotland’s west coast Highlands, founded with a mission to make whisky differently — 100% organic barley, net zero certified (scopes 1 and 2), powered by renewables and bottled in 100% recycled glass.

Elegant and fruity, this is Nc’Nean’s flagship whisky — easy-going and delicious however you drink it, with flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice, plus notes of lemon posset and spiced rye bread. Unpeated and made from organic Scottish barley, whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour, the whisky benefits from gentle fermentation and distillation that accentuate its delicate, fruity character. It is matured in specially treated red wine and bourbon barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop its signature body and sweetness.
