Jean Becker is a family estate based in Zellenberg, Alsace, farming across several of the region's Grand Cru sites and producing both still varietal wines and traditional-method Crémant d'Alsace.

This 2021 Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut is made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle, from Alsace's classic sparkling-wine varieties, and finished in a bone-dry Extra Brut style.

Expect fine, persistent bubbles, orchard fruit and citrus aromas, a crisp, mineral backbone and a clean, bracingly dry finish.
