35ml Hibiki Japanese Harmony
70ml chilled still mineral water (soft profile preferred)
Large ice cube or clear ice block

Method: Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour Hibiki over the ice and stir gently to chill. Slowly add the chilled water, maintaining the 1:2 ratio. Stir briefly once more and garnish with a citrus twist if desired.
