A true expression of classic American bourbon, Ben Holladay Bottled-In-Bond is crafted in strict accordance with the historic Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Distilled at the renowned Holladay Distillery in Missouri, this bourbon is made from a single distilling season, aged for a minimum of four years in federally bonded warehouses, and bottled at a robust 50% ABV.
On the nose, expect inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, layered with hints of honeyed grain and warm baking spices. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering flavours of butterscotch, sweet corn, dark toffee and cinnamon, balanced by gentle notes of charred oak and nutmeg. The finish is long, warming and satisfyingly dry, with lingering spice and oak sweetness.
