Holladay Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon

Holladay Distillery has been distilling in Weston, Missouri since 1856, when founder Ben Holladay first set up stills using the region's iconic limestone-filtered spring water. After decades of dormancy, the distillery has returned to producing bourbon on that same historic site, reviving Ben Holladay's original mash bill and methods.

Ben Holladay Bottled-in-Bond is crafted in strict accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897: distilled in a single season at one distillery, aged a minimum of four years in federally bonded warehouses, and bottled at precisely 50% ABV (100 proof). It is non-chill filtered, aged in Missouri white oak barrels, and made using the same mash bill developed by Ben Holladay in 1856.

On the nose, expect inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, layered with honeyed grain and warm baking spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering butterscotch, sweet corn, dark toffee and cinnamon, balanced by gentle charred oak and nutmeg. The finish is long, warming and satisfyingly dry, with lingering spice and oak sweetness.
