Made using a wheated mash bill, where wheat replaces rye, it offers a softer, sweeter flavour profile that has made Weller one of the most sought-after names in American bourbon.
On the palate, Weller Special Reserve delivers caramel, honey, vanilla and butterscotch, balanced by light oak, gentle spice and subtle nutty notes.
