About this bottle

Charles Heidsieck was founded in Reims in 1851 by Charles-Camille Heidsieck, the original 'Champagne Charlie', who took the house's wines to America. Its vintage Champagnes age in the house's 2,000-year-old Gallo-Roman chalk cellars, the crayères, beneath Reims.

The Rosé Millésimé 2012 is a Pinot Noir-led blend with Chardonnay, coloured with around 9% red wine from Les Riceys in the Aube. It spent around nine years on its lees in the crayères before disgorgement, with a dosage of 9 g/l.
