The English Whisky Co. distils at St George’s Distillery in Norfolk, England’s first licensed whisky distillery in over a century, founded by James and Andrew Nelstrop in 2006. Using traditional Scottish production methods alongside local Norfolk barley and water drawn from the Breckland aquifer beneath the site, every whisky is made, matured and bottled entirely on site.
