The English Whisky Company, based at the historic St. George’s Distillery in Norfolk, prides itself on using traditional Scottish methods of production, coupled with the finest local barley and water sourced directly from the Breckland aquifer beneath their site. Every drop of whisky is made, matured, and bottled entirely on-site, ensuring complete traceability and craftsmanship. This bundle pairs two of the distillery's most celebrated expressions.

Sherry Cask – Winner of ‘World’s Best Single Malt Whisky’ at the World Whiskies Awards 2024. After a mere 17 years of distilling, The English Whisky Company reached a significant milestone by introducing a sherry cask matured single malt whisky to their core range, completing a must-have trio alongside The English Original and The English Smokey.
Tasting Notes: Rich wafts of dark fruits, almonds and vanilla greet the nose, leading to a wonderful palate of fruitcake, digestive biscuits, honey and figs, with a hint of chocolate. The experience concludes with a long, sweet and satisfying finish.

11 Year Old – “We love the annual release of our 11yr old. This wonderful unpeated single malt is a delight to drink and perfect for sharing with friends.” Made using the purest Norfolk barley and distilled in bespoke copper pot stills before being matured in carefully selected casks to develop its elegant flavour profile.
