Cotswolds Dry Gin

Cotswolds Distillery is an English distiller based in Stourton, in the heart of the Cotswolds, better known today as the largest producer of English whisky - but its Dry Gin was one of the site's founding products.

A delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including local Cotswolds lavender, freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest, alongside juniper and coriander. The unusually high volume of botanicals used causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud (louche) to appear when ice or tonic is added.

Tasting notes: juniper-led, with fresh citrus notes and a distinct hint of lavender running through the palate and finish.
