Jin Jiji High Proof Gin

Jin Jiji is an India-focused gin house exploring the country's diverse botanical landscape; Whisky Brokers Associates is the exclusive UK distributor.

High Proof is inspired by the Royal Navy's colonial-era requirement for higher-strength gin shipped to India: with less water and more alcohol per barrel, higher-proof spirit made better use of scarce cargo space, and at proof, gin wouldn't ruin any gunpowder it came into contact with in the event of a spill. This expression is bottled at that historic 57% strength.

Tasting notes: an intensely juniper-forward, high-strength gin with concentrated botanical character, built to stand up in cocktails or a stronger-than-usual G&T.
