Roku Gin

Roku is produced by Suntory at their Osaka distillery in Japan, built to celebrate the exceptional flavours of each of Japan's four seasons at their peak - a concept known in Japan as "Shun".

Six Japanese botanicals, each picked at the height of freshness, join a base of traditional gin botanicals: Sakura flower and Sakura leaf from spring, Sencha and Gyokuro green teas from summer, Sanshō pepper from autumn and Yuzu peel from winter.

Tasting notes: a delicate balance of subtle spice from Sanshō pepper, vibrant floral notes from Sakura, gentle sweetness from green tea, and bright citrus character from Yuzu.
