Blanc de Blancs is the estate's signature sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay drawn from Gusbourne's finest, age-worthy parcels. The 2019 vintage is elegant and pure, built for extended ageing potential.

Classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes combine with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing, making it a sophisticated aperitif or a natural partner for seafood.

This wine has won more than 27 awards, including Silver at the IWC 2024 and Gold at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships.
