The Busker is produced at the Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, Ireland — the only Irish distillery producing all three classic Irish whiskey styles (Single Malt, Single Grain and Single Pot Still) alongside its blends. The Busker range is known for its bold, small-batch approach to Irish whiskey making.
The Busker Small Batch Single Pot Still is the brand's first small-batch pot still release, matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso sherry European oak butts, expertly selected at the discretion of the Master Blender and bottled at 46.3% ABV in a limited number of batches.
Tasting notes: aromatic complexity with leathery tobacco notes, soft lingering spice and sumptuous autumnal fruits — figs, sultanas, prunes and damsons — bound together with exquisite caramelised balsamic tones. Resinous notes of distinguished oak and fragrant sandalwood create an elegant, smooth finish.
