Lochlea Orchard & Oak

Lochlea is an independent, family-run farm distillery in the Lowlands of Ayrshire, founded in 2018 by Neil McGeoch on the farm where the poet Robert Burns once lived and worked. Barley for the whisky is grown on the surrounding 222-acre farm, and Production Director John Campbell (formerly of Laphroaig) has built a house style rooted in Lochlea's own fruit, cereal and grass character.

Orchard & Oak is part of Lochlea's permanent Single Estate core range, celebrating the distillery's bright, fruit-forward new-make spirit. Matured in a trio of first-fill bourbon, virgin American oak and Calvados casks, and bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour, it delivers a vibrant balance of orchard fruit, creamy sweetness and gentle spice.
