Slow-Cooked Agave: The agave piñas are slow-cooked for 72 hours in traditional stone ovens to achieve maximum sweetness and complexity.
Masterfully Aged: The spirit is then aged for eight months in high-quality American whiskey casks (often ex-Bourbon barrels), imparting its signature smooth profile and depth of flavour.
