Gordon & MacPhail has sourced, matured and bottled Scotland's finest single malts from its base in Elgin since 1895. This bottling forms part of the Anniversary Releases series — a never-to-be-repeated single malt Scotch whisky that captures a moment in time, the perfect way to elevate a milestone that really matters.

Distilled at Glen Grant distillery on 22 November 1976 and matured for 43 years in a refill American hogshead, this whisky was bottled on 15 September 2020 at 42% ABV. Only 50 bottles were released worldwide.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden
Nose: Rich Seville orange zest combines with honeysuckle and desiccated coconut. Soft notes of polish give way to pear and faint cocoa powder.
Taste: Smooth tropical fruit flavours complement baked apple and roasted peanut. Subtle vanilla pod comes to the fore, leading to mature oak.
Finish: Full and long with lasting floral influences and aniseed.
