Paul John Brilliance is an unpeated Indian single malt whisky produced by the award-winning Paul John Distillery in Goa. Crafted from six-row Indian barley and matured in carefully selected oak casks, this whisky showcases a bright, elegant style that highlights the distillery’s tropical maturation.
On the nose and palate, Paul John Brilliance offers sweet honey, vanilla and caramel , complemented by soft fruit notes, gentle spice and a light citrus freshness. The influence of India’s warm climate accelerates the ageing process, creating a whisky that is expressive, well-rounded and approachable at a relatively young age.
