Crafted using authentic early 20th-century recipes, the Origen is a masterful blend of very old Oloroso and Moscatel wines. This rich base is meticulously aromatised with a complex selection of dried fruits and botanicals, including bright Seville orange, warming nutmeg, and the classic bitter notes of cinchona bark and gentian.
The final blend is aged in casks that previously matured Valdespino’s own Oloroso sherry, imbuing it with exceptional depth and a velvety, layered character.
