Crafted from a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 20% Gamay, this Crémant undergoes malolactic fermentation and is matured on its lees for 12 months. The result is a wine with aromas of citrus and apple, complemented by subtle biscuity notes. On the palate, it is generous and slightly creamy, featuring fine bubbles and a crisp finish .​
