About this bottle

Craigellachie Distillery was built in 1891 on the banks of the River Fiddich in Speyside. Its distinctive worm-tub condensers give the spirit a rich, meaty, slightly sulphury new-make character that has long been prized by blenders — and which comes through beautifully in its single malt bottlings.

Distilled in 1984, this exceptionally rare 37 Year Old was matured in refill casks before a further finish in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, bottled at 46.5% ABV from a strictly limited outturn. It took first place for Best Single Malt Scotch over 25 Years Old at the 2024 International Whisky Competition.

Only 3,102 bottles produced.
