Harmony Collection No. To echo the tea's layered character, the whisky was matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks for lush vanilla, honey and soft spice, balanced with sherry-seasoned European oak and a subtle inclusion of ex-bourbon casks. In keeping with the collection's sustainable ethos, the presentation box and labels repurpose discarded waste tea leaves.
