Sourced from the high-altitude Lenswood vineyard, one of the coolest sites in the Adelaide Hills, this single-vineyard Chardonnay from Shaw + Smith is precise, mineral-driven and beautifully expressive.

The 2021 vintage is 100% Chardonnay, fermented and matured with restrained oak to let the site speak.

Bright white peach, citrus blossom and lemon zest are complemented by subtle flinty notes. The palate is taut and elegant, balancing fresh acidity with stone fruit, hazelnut and a refined creamy texture, finishing long and impeccably structured.
