This 100% Pinot Blanc is an expression of some of the best English fruit available made with patient minimal intervention winemaking. The resulting wine is a mature yet fragrant and textural white which we are very happy to share with you!

This wine underwent a remarkable, full eight-month spontaneous fermentation in old French oak. This extended fermentation has built body, depth of flavour and texture along with subtle oak characteristics.
