This cuvée is blended from 46% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay and 16% Meunier, sourced entirely from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, and cellared from 1987 as part of Charles Heidsieck's pioneering "Mis en Cave" series — the first House to date the year a wine entered its cellars.
