Fairview is one of the Paarl region's best-known estates, farming across South Africa's broader Coastal Region with a focus on Rhône varieties alongside its long-standing Shiraz programme.

This Shiraz is matured for 20 months in French and American oak, from the 2020 vintage.

Deep ruby in colour with purple highlights, it has an intense aroma of blackcurrant, dried cranberry, spice and wild herb, with red and black berry fruit and mineral, spicy notes on the palate. Full-bodied and smooth, it pairs beautifully with red meats, hard cheeses and robust, hearty dishes.
