2023 Bianco, A Mano, Puglia, Italy

A Mano is the Puglia-based project of Mark Shannon and Elvezia Sbalchiero, who over 18 vintages have revolutionised the region's white and red wines by paying growers a fair, high price for the best possible fruit, sourced from vines up to 70-100 years old, and crafting them in a distinctly modern style.

The 2023 Bianco is a blend of Fiano and Greco, hand-picked earlier than usual to preserve freshness after a hot, dry growing season that demanded careful vineyard management to protect fruit quality.

Fresh and aromatic, it shows citrus and orchard fruit character with a crisp, clean finish typical of the variety.
