Aperol is produced in Padua, in the Veneto region of northern Italy, first crafted by the Barbieri brothers in 1919 and now the heart of Italy's aperitivo culture.

Its bright orange colour and low-alcohol profile come from a secret blend of herbs and roots, including bitter orange, rhubarb and gentian, balanced to a distinctive bittersweet flavour.

Tasting notes: notes of orange zest and rhubarb lead, with a hint of vanilla and a persistent, gently bitter finish - best served long, over ice, with Prosecco and soda as the classic Aperol Spritz.
