Appleton Estate Signature Rum

Appleton Estate is distilled and matured at Nassau Valley in Jamaica's Cockpit Country, one of the world's oldest continuously operating rum estates, with production dating to 1749. The house style is built on pot-and-column still blending and mineral-rich Jamaican limestone water.

Signature Blend combines pot and column still rums aged for an average of four years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, all matured on the estate. Bottled at 40% ABV.

Expect citrus peel, honeyed fruit and light spice on the nose, a medium-bodied palate of brown sugar and toasted oak, and a warm, lingering finish.
