Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, the XO Notturno is made from carefully aged Dominican tobaccos, then finished with a silky Ecuadorian wrapper. Aimed at enhancing those quieter moments in life, each smoke becomes an exquisite experience, perfect for pairing with fine whisky, elegant Cognac, or dark rum. This makes the AVO XO Notturno not just a cigar, but a complement to a cherished ritual.
Upon lighting, the cigar greets the palate with an initial burst of cedar and toasted almonds, along with the sweet creaminess that lingers beautifully. As the experience unfolds, it evolves into a captivating mix of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and subtle hints of leather, accompanied by gentle black pepper and baking spice that flourish through the mid-smoke. The finishing notes in the last third of the cigar offer a delightful combination of cocoa, oak, and roasted nuts, all while maintaining a creamy texture and a beautifully balanced smoke.
The AVO XO Notturno is classified as medium to full-bodied, designed to be robust without ever overwhelming the senses. The experience is one that celebrates both tradition and modernity, making it ideal for seasoned aficionados and newcomers alike. Whether enjoyed alone or shared with company, this cigar promises an unforgettable journey through flavor.
