Bombay Sapphire

Bombay Sapphire is distilled by the Bombay Spirits Company at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, using a vapour-infusion method rather than steeping the botanicals directly in the spirit.

Ten hand-selected, sustainably sourced botanicals - including Moroccan cubeb berries, West African grains of paradise, almond, lemon peel, liquorice and juniper - are placed in a copper vapour basket, so only their lighter, more delicate aromatics pass into the gin as the alcohol vapour rises through a Carterhead still.

Tasting notes: bright and fresh, with citrus and juniper to the fore, balanced by a gentle warming spice and a clean, floral finish.
