Ca' di Alte is a Veneto producer specialising in Prosecco from the Treviso hills, using the traditional Charmat (tank) method to preserve the freshness and delicate perlage prized in the region's sparkling wines.

This Extra Dry Prosecco DOC Treviso is made from hand-picked Glera grapes, gently pressed and given a second fermentation in temperature- and pressure-controlled autoclaves before chilling and bottling under pressure.

Light straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens with pear and floral aromas and a bright, clean palate balanced between dryness and a touch of natural sweetness, finishing fresh and lifted.
