Campari

Campari is produced by Gruppo Campari, an Italian company founded by Gaspare Campari in Novi Ligure in 1860 and closely associated with Milan's aperitivo culture ever since. It is the cornerstone bitter of the modern cocktail bar.

Campari is a bitter aperitivo made from a secret infusion of herbs, aromatic plants and fruit — a recipe that has remained closely guarded since its creation. Bottled at 25% ABV.

Expect zesty orange and herbal freshness on the nose, a bittersweet palate of bitter citrus, rhubarb and earthy spice, and a long, dry finish. The backbone of the Negroni and Americano, and a classic served long with soda.
