Cotswolds Harvest Series Golden Wold

Cotswolds Distillery was founded in 2014 in Stourton, in the heart of the Cotswolds, and quickly grew into England's best-known independent single malt producer, using 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley.

Golden Wold is the first release in Cotswolds' annual Harvest Series, a blend of select ex-bourbon, STR ex-red wine and peated casks, bottled at 52.5% ABV with a limited outturn of 5,000 bottles. The series celebrates the Cotswolds landscape, with each tube featuring an original painting by local artist Josephine Trotter.

The nose offers honey and vanilla with a touch of peat smoke. The palate is creamy, with sweet coconut and a hint of spice, while the finish carries vanilla and subtle peat.
