Sourced from a prized parcel in the heart of this celebrated vineyard on Pommard’s northern edge, the wine offers a more refined and lifted interpretation of the appellation, often drawing comparisons with neighbouring Volnay for its finesse and aromatic purity. 

The nose opens with expressive aromas of blackberry, wild raspberry and dried orange peel, layered with floral notes of rose petal, violet and subtle spice. The palate is beautifully textured and poised, delivering vibrant red and dark berry fruit framed by silky tannins, fresh acidity and a delicate mineral backbone that carries through to a long, graceful finish.

Produced from 100% Pinot Noir with partial whole-cluster fermentation and careful barrel ageing, the 2020 vintage balances generosity with freshness. Already impressive in youth, this is a Burgundy built to reward patience and evolve in complexity over the coming decades.
