Dominio do Bibei 2018 ‘Lacima’ Red Ribeira Sacra

Dominio do Bibei is one of Ribeira Sacra's benchmark estates, farming dramatic terraced vineyards above the Sil river in Galicia, where slate and schist soils and a cool, Atlantic-influenced climate shape wines of real precision.

'Lacima' 2018 is a red blend led by Mencía, with native Galician varieties such as Brancellao, Sousón and Merenzao adding structure and complexity, grown on the estate's steep, terraced parcels.

Expect dark red and black fruit with a distinctive mineral, slate-driven edge, fine-grained tannins and the fresh, savoury character typical of great Ribeira Sacra reds.
