El Circo is produced in Cariñena, Aragón — a warm, high-altitude region in north-east Spain known for characterful, fresh whites made from Macabeo.

The 2021 vintage is 100% Macabeo, made in a fresh, primary-fruit style designed for easy, immediate drinking.

It opens with a cheerful bouquet of lime zest, green apple and a touch of tropical pineapple. Light, crisp and easy to drink, with zippy acidity that cleanses the palate — an ideal fridge-cold white for warm weather.
