Hennessy XO

Hennessy is the world's largest Cognac house, founded in 1765 in Cognac, France, by Irish-born Richard Hennessy. The house's Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne holdings underpin a style built on richness, structure and consistency across generations.

Created in 1870 by Maurice Hennessy for his family and friends, Hennessy XO was the first Cognac ever classified as "Extra Old," a category the house itself pioneered. The blend draws on more than 100 eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois crus, matured for up to 30 years in French oak. Bottled at 40% ABV.

Expect a rich, layered nose of dried fruit, spice and oak, a full-bodied palate with candied fruit, cinnamon and roasted notes, and a long, warming finish.
