Hibiki 30 Year Old Japanese Whisky

Hibiki is Suntory's flagship blended whisky line from The House of Suntory, Japan's pioneering whisky producer since 1923. Renowned for masterful blending across its Yamazaki and Hakushu malt distilleries and Chita grain distillery, the range is celebrated worldwide for its harmony, elegance and use of rare Mizunara Japanese oak maturation.

Hibiki 30 Year Old sits at the pinnacle of the range. Created from an extraordinary selection of malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu alongside exceptionally mature Chita grain whisky, every component has been aged for at least 30 years, with the blend enhanced by rare whiskies matured in Mizunara oak for remarkable depth, elegance and harmony. It is produced in extremely limited quantities and presented in a decanter-style bottle within a luxury presentation box.

Nose: Rich dried fruits, figs, raisins, plums, honey, sandalwood and polished oak.
Palate: Silky layers of dark fruit, caramel, cinnamon, leather, cocoa and delicate Mizunara spice.
Finish: Long, warming and beautifully balanced with lingering oak, incense, dried fruit and gentle sweetness.

Hibiki 30 Year Old has won the Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008, and a Double Gold medal at the 2025 International Spirits Challenge. It was also named World's Best Blended Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards in 2007 and 2008.
