Highland Park's oldest whisky ever released, limited to just 170 bottles worldwide. Selected in 2008 by then-Master Distiller Gordon Motion from ten special casks laid down in 1968, the 56 Year Old comes from a single, never-before-tasted sherry-seasoned first-fill American oak puncheon.

Bottled at a natural cask strength of 47.1% ABV, without chill filtration, it offers a rare harmony of jasmine, raisin, cloudy honey and delicate peat smoke.

The presentation — a bespoke decanter housed in a handcrafted oak display case — draws inspiration from Orkney's ancient Standing Stones of Stenness.
