Jose Cuervo Silver

Jose Cuervo is the world's best-selling tequila brand, tracing its roots to 1795 when it received the first official licence to produce tequila commercially in Mexico. Production is centred in Jalisco, using blue agave grown on the family's estate.

Especial Silver (also labelled Plata) is a clean, unaged tequila, bottled at 35% ABV, crafted for easy mixing in classic cocktails such as the Margarita.

Nose: caramel and mixed herbs with a peppery edge. Palate: roasted agave, sandalwood, spice and cracked black pepper. Finish: oily and slightly sweet.
